Rose Associates: Chelsea Landmark

 

Rose Associates was set to unveil Chelsea Landmark, a premium priced rental building in Manhattan. With more than 400 units commanding a rent of $70 per square foot. Chelsea Landmark had a lot to offer at a price that few could afford. The target market was upscale professionals, 28-35.



Relying on snob appeal and an audacious yet understated theme — “Because You Can” — that spoke to the target profile the integrated campaign was comprised of the website, brochure and outdoor signage. The result? All 407 units were leased in less than 9 months.
