The office condominium, a rarity in NYC.

Time Equities introduced one of the first In Lower Manhattan, the 17-story 125 Maiden Lane. The 350,000-square-foot building had 180,000 square feet available for sale starting in the summer of 2006.

The challenge to introduce a new concept in office space to the Manhattan real estate market.  The  solution to target the non-for-profit, government organizations and those for whom ownership represented a significant tax advantage. Using the “Own Your Future” campaign, 125 Maiden Lane sold out in record time. The collaboration was so successful that we were awarded the assignment to market the rest of their office condominium portfolio.
